156 removing big vent along bottom of windscreen

I'm getting the centre dash vent thingie and the big long de-misting vent that runs along the bottom of the windscreen flocked in black, so that they don't reflect in the windscreen.

Does anybody know how to get the big long vent thing out?

(I'm also getting the centre consol and the speedo/tacho pods flocked too.)

If I remember correctly, it has some bolts.
Unbolt them and then you just have to push it untill it releases.

It doesnt have any bolts. Just grab it and lift it out with some feel.. each clip at a time (there are 5 or 6 i think). Be careful not to drop them into the vent.
