156 Dashboard

I'm stripping out a 156 to use for track days but struggling to remove the sound deadening between the dash and bulkhead.

How easy/hard is it to remove the dash so i can complete my task?

Theres a good bit of weight to come out of these cars doing this, all free power

It's a while since I pulled one out - but that's largely because its a lot of work....and I'm not sure that I can remember now just what was involved.....assuming its the pre-interior facelift I think its a bit easier, but still a lot of work. Were you thinking of stripping out the heater system? - because I think you'd need to remove that to get the sound deadening out.....

For the amount of weight in the sound-deadening, I'd leave it
