Well it looks like we have a smoking gun then; it did blow a little smoke from cold; but I assumed that this was because of the decat and the egr delete, but it turns it was the seals failing..

The repair itself also not going so well, as I've posted elsewhere tracking down a un-fubar'd CF4 is proving a problem; Injectors & fuel-pump needed reconditioning by Bosch, what with that and the Clutch that is falling apart, It's going to cost me a Korean hatchback to sort..
