Help adjusting clutch rod via FES-NEED ADVICE

Hi guys.

I am going to attempt adjusting the clutch rod on a sele for the first ime via fiatecuscan, i have read a few threads but they all seem to be done by using alfadiag?

I would really appriciate if somone could guide me through what to do im fairly mechanical minded and have managed to get as afar as loosinf the 10mm nut and 19mm nut and getting the measurment to 28mm "clutch pressure travel".

If anyone could talk me through what to do from beginning to end it would really be appreciate it.

engine off, key on, start FES, select the 'clutch rod' length, opne the 10mm, twist the 19mm nut, when the reading gets to 28.omm to 28.5mm lock the 10mm nut up tight.
