Physically you can easily fit any of the TS 16v engines - 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0 being the standard ones available in UK (you don't say where you are). If fitting another 1.8, no problem, just retain your original ECU and it'll go straight in and run. If fitting a 1.6 or 2,0, best to use the replacement engines own ECU but you'll need to use the ignition key/barrel and code box that match the ECU.
Fitting the V6 isn't an economic proposition, really - need to replace engine/box/ driveshafts/gear linkage/ECU and all powertrain wiring. Its possible but I really wouldn't want to go there....
