Bottom turbo Hose - 156 JTD

Hi there,
My first post and I am looking for a part Only had the Alfa for 1 week and have today discovered the wonderful sound that is the bottom turbo hose sucking in air like no tommorrow. On inspection we have found the bottom hose taped up and generally bodged. So little Alfie needs a new hose. Can anyone advise the best place to go to , sorry i meant cheapest I am in Sutton Coldfield West Midlands. How much roughly should I expect to pay.

Don't bother with the original Alfa hose, not very robust or reliable, get hold of an uprated Samco hose or contact Autolusso and they will send you one of their versions. Easy job to do, just a jubilee clip each end, done in 5 minutes. 55 seems to be going rate for the uprated part, which is cheaper than the original Alfa hose.

Just had to replace mine, it cost me 100 from the garage for a new silicon (not the standard Alfa one) bottom turbo hose, though I spotted the invoice from Andrew Page ... 50 for the Hose ...

Thanks everyone.
Auto lusso, I will order one from your link. Many thanks. My local Alfa garage quoted me 82.70 + VAT for the standard, and a local Alfa specialist quoted 121 for the for the uprated silicon one which is exactly the same as yours and needs slightly trimming.

So glad I came across this forum

Just put one of these onto mine, trim was easy enough, nice bit of kit!

You'll need new clips as the factory ones are not reusable...
