Cry Like A Baby Alfa 156 - Cracking sound from front wheels when turing on bad (bouncy) roads

Hi Guys,

just changed the wishbones on my 156 (all of them...).
Now the car is silent again, no cracks - almost

Everytime i turn right and the road is a little bumpy i can hear a cracking noise from the left wheel.... i wonder what that could be?

Driveshaft joint?

is there a way to be shure?
