Well Happy JTD Major Service

Hi guys,

I am from Malta, I bought a 2005 156 1.9 JTD MultiJet 16V from the UK and got it over here.
Great car enjoyed it for a year and a half now, already ended up getting a new clutch for it...

So before I end up having another component fail on me, I'm planning a major service with all necessary belts replacing etc for precautions. The car has made nearly 100k miles, had cambelt & waterpump replaced at 60k mark. So I'd like to take a precaution and replace parts slightly earlier.

Rather odd thing that thanks to this service research I've realized that my engine code is 937.A5000 which is the late 150BHP engine. However ePer shows my car as being a 140BHP model. I'm wondering.. who should I believe?

I'd like to also confirm with you guys if possible that I'm not missing anything out.

As for the belts, I'd like to stick with Dayco, apparently it's one of the best OEM brands I could go for.

So I'll be getting:
1x KTB334 (includes ATB1007 tensioner, ATB2020 guide pulley, 94958 belt)
1x KPV134 (includes APV1077-S tensioner, APV2192-S guide pulley, DPV1046 damper, 6PK1836S belt, V0044 screw?)
1x Water pump (don't know which for sure, probably original superseded version)
2x 2l Selenia WR-5w40
3x 1l Paraflu UP (red)
1x K&N Cylinder Filter (also got oiling kit)
1x JTD Oil filter (original)
1x Cabin Filters (original, 2)
1x Fuel Filter (original)

Anyways, I've managed to source the KTB334 kit so far off ebay, relatively easy to find, but kit KPV134 cannot be found anywhere... is it possible that this cannot be found anywhere on the internet? Perhaps you might have any ideas please? I've sent an email to Dayco Europe this morning, no reply yet.

Your thoughts & help are very much appreciated.

Thanks for your replies guys.

Are the specific JTD tools required to do the job? Or are they universal parts?
