I have a small problem with the throttle on my 156 2.0 JTS -03.
I get these fault codes:
P1155 = Lambda Probe Bank 2 (Pre Cat)
P0120 = Throttle Valve Potentiometer
P1122 = Throttle Butterfly Potentiometer Track 2
P1121 = Throttle Butterfly Potentiometer Track 1
The ECU can reset these fault codes by himself, meaning they are still in the fault code "bank" but the fault code message doesn't show up.
The engine is new, I had to swap it because the third cylinder got stuck. We have changed the throttle valve three times now. Replaced the accelerator pedal and as a last resort we have changed the ECU but still the same problems occur.
Except that the P1155 which arrived with the new ECU so I don't think there is any problem with the lambda probe.
The car gets in the "safe mode". So I can't rev above 2500-3500 rpm. After a restart everything works just fine for a couple of miles then the car gets in the "safe mode".
I have tried all the suggestions that I have read on this forum but nothing seems to work.
Anyone have any idea of what the problem can be?
