147 Jacking Points

I know there are many threads on this topic, but I need to ask a new question......

Is there a safe point on the side of the car that can be used to lift both front and rear wheels simultaniously?

I need to rotate the wheels, front to back etc, so can this be done with one trolley jack?

I always jack up just behind the sill, where the normal jacking point would be for the V shaped screw jacks.

I use a trolley jack and a small block of wood to spread the force ~as wood is a alot softer than steel!
