Wiring/fuse info? 156 estate

Hi Guys,
As of 24 hours ago I am a first time Alfa owner. 2001 156 wagon, 1.8 ts. I spent the day looking over the car. Everything seems in order, but when I pulled the fuse panel cover I saw a huge fuse console and no diagram. My last car was a classic Saab 900, which had far fewer fuses and they were all clearly labeled. Maybe I didn't get one of the manuals, but the two I have don't even tell me how often to change the oil. So, this has certainly been asked before, but could someone please provide a link explaining the fusebox configuration? Wiring details?

All the electrics seem in order, but I want to rewire the cigarette lighter ports (and possibly the electric windows) to be always on, independant of the ignition switch. I'm surprised that there is no "accessory" position in the switch.

I tried tracing the wires from the rear cigarette lighter port, but I didn't find the ochre/black stripe wire from the port anywhere around the fuse box.

All suggestions appreciated,
