Changing Top Turbo Pipe 20v

I need to change the top turbo pipe and according to elearn I have to remove the front bumper and n/s light unit. Is this correct? I can see the clamp on the intercooler but frustratingly the bolt is facing the wrong way.

Any help appreciated.

Definitely no need to remove bumper and headlight.

Annoying how the factory put those clips on, isn't it? They're always the same; I just cut them off and fit a new clip. You may find moving the ECU improves access (I don't, but I've done enough to have developed a "technique"), particularly when pulling the pipe off the intercooler.
