Should I sort the interior or exterior?
I don't think there is a right or wrong answer to this, I'm just interested in what others would do.
I've recently bought a 147 (1.9 jtd 8v) and for some reason have the urge to spend far more money on her than she'll ever be worth!
I have a budget of around £3-350 at the moment.
Question is do I get the interior or exterior sorted first (note I have already seen to the cambelt / water pump!). There's nothing particularly wrong with the interior, I just fancy swapping the cloth out for leather. I do like to be comfortable though and spend more time (just) looking around the inside of my car than the outside.
That said, the bonnet had been subject to a pretty poor respray. Its not horrendous, from a distance she looks nice and shiny ([img]http://www.dannybower.co.uk/Bonsai/alfaFront.jpg[/jpg] but close up its got a case of the old orange peel.
Also, the car was subject to a bit of a front ender before I got her and the o/s wing and drivers door could do with someone's magic hammers on them.
So, would people go for the nice leather interior first or get her looking sweet on the outside?
