Measuring help required please

Hi all,

I've recently noticed the lower coolant hose on my V6 is weeping. It connects the lower stub on the rad to the outlet of the thermostat. It also has a tee off to the header tank.
The cost of this hose from Alfa was around £80!!!

I'm looking at making a kit of hoses to replace this formed hose by using a aluminium tee piece and associated hoses, however I need to know the dimensions of the outlet stubs.

Does anyone have a spare rad that they can measure the diameter of the bottom outlet on? I also need to know the outlet diameter of the thermostat.

To measure mine accurately I'd need to take the hose off, measure, re-fill and bleed and then take it all apart again to fit my new hose, bit of a pain.

Any help would be very much appreciated and if I can sort this out I'll let you know the results so that no-one else will have to pay the Alfa price for this part.
