Wheel bolts

Newbie 147 owner(2004 1.6 lusso) and loving it so far apart from the dodgy range computer which fluctuates from 75 miles to zero in a hundred yards.

I'm awaiting 16" tele dials to finish the look and just a quick question. Will I need new bolts or will the ones holding my 15" steelies do the trick?

Thanks in advance Phil

There are different length bolts used according to wheel design. The bolts from your steels may not be long enough so check them carefully. The end of the bolt should be flush with the back face of the hub flange with the wheel on.

The shoulders on the bolts are larger for alloy wheels rather then the steel wheels. Try and get hold of a set of bolts from a car with the alloys.
