Clutch problems when warmed up

2005 facelift 147 1.9JTD 8v

First start in the morning is fine.

After a bit of driving, once things are warmed up, the clutch doesn't feel like anything's happening. Also, if I allow the car to stop or slow down too much, I can't shift gears - I can get into neutral but can't select any other gear

My guess it that the clutch is fine and it's either the master or slave cylinder but I'm not sure which. I'm going to try take it to Alfa once it's cooled down a bit and I can get it in gear but I am just worried that they'll rip me off. Any advice would be great
