GT upper wishbone change.
Just passing on my experience changing the front upper wishbone. It was apparantly an MOT failure, (although I couldn't find anything wrong with it) Dealership supplied the part for £54, this was after a 20% discount. I know shop4parts is a little cheaper but I needed it asap. Dealership parts manager smiled as he said "we keep these in stock all the time, as well as handbrake cables and heated seat switches" Ha Ha I laughed. Anyway they said they could change it 1-2 hours labour costs £££. I would do it my self. I looked here on the forum and there is an excellent and acurate "How to guide on this" so thank you very much for that. I followed the guide and found the job to be very simple and completed it in 1-2 hours taking my time. Don't be afraid of this job,it's easy, thanks to the AO forum.
