Rear Window motors, can test with 12v direct correct?
Just put in one of the 2 Rear motors I bought from [someone] here on the forum. Put in the Rear Pass side (UK RHD) and the Window still doesnt work, I hear a relay type click but it doesnt move.
So I took the other one (drivers side) he sold me (my original also not working) to a battery and connected it directly, its dead too. Since there are only 2 pins and its a 12v device (with reverse polarity for up vs down) I assume this should have moved the rail in my hand?
If so, yet again a parts from this forum purchase hasnt worked out for me.
PS: Also quite frustrating the Rear Pass fuses are not in the location the manual says they are but I found them as they are ok, problem is either a relay or motors.
PPS: Even more annoying is with this non-functioning motor in the window glass is 2mm from the closed position (ie slightly open) with no way to budge it!
