I recently had my MAF cahanged due to it thinking it was -40 all the time, (i know it was cold this winter but that's crazy) it had triggered a MCSF warning.
Now two weeks later another MCSF warning which on inspection is
P0401 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Insufficient Detected
So it seems the EGR is at fault...or could it be anything else? I say this because when the maf was fitted (which happened to coinside with service time) the EGR was inspected and the guy said it looked OK. Could it be the channels in the throttle body blocked, if so is this easy to clean?
Finally the car seems fine to drive, i guess its like blanking the thing off if it's stuck shut, so can i just drive it as normal till next service? or is it better to either clean it or change it myself.
