yep dirty throttle body
get carb and throttle cleaner from car shop.
Take off the black plastic air intake pipe at the engine end, start car and follow the directions on the can. Note the cleaner, if spayed in to big a squirt into the throttle housing will stall the car, but just restart, or push the butterfly valve open a bit to raise the revs and spray. could also soak the parts inside the housing/butterfly with engine off (after doing above for appx 1/3 of can) and rotate the butterfly (flap) so you can spray the back side of it, and behind it. May take a bit of cleaning
Note the engine management warning light may come on, but should go out after appx 200 miles or so.
Hold the rear end slide....don't run wide!
