Bodywork, Paint and wheels

Looking at tidying up the 147 a little. It's had a few battle-scars over the last couple of years, some of them my own fault, some not.

There's a dent in the offside wing which has distored it enough that you can get your finger between the headlight and wing now. Looks like someone has leaned on it or something.

A scrape on the nearside wheel arch and door, just below the wing mirror, where someone decided to try and occupy my lane while I was still in it, and some other, more minor scratches and paint defects that you'd expect to find on a well used, 8 year old car.

So anyway.. Can anyone recommend a good shop to get dings and scrapes fixed? In the Cambs area ideally, but I'm willing to travel a bit if I can get a good job done.

Which wheels can fit? I'm currently running on 16" and would like to go for 17". I'm going to put winter tyres on the 16s and something like Toyo Proxes on the 17s. I'd rather get original alfa wheels if possible, so will be scouring Ebay and classified.

They question is; Which wheels fit? I AIUI, the 156 and 147 can share wheels, but are there any other maodels to which this applies?
