GT Front suspension

My 4 year old GT's front suspension is now knocking when I drive over bumps etc... I checked the wishbones today and found the o/s front lower bush well worn out!...checked all the others and they appear ok. The question is...should I replace the worn one, or both lower sides, or upper/lower both sides?? Logic says replace all but the car has only done 37k!
Advice welcome..

Personally i would replace the lot as you will just need to replace the others soon.
