Brake harder. Sounds like the pads are partially glazing because of very light braking. Take your car out for a bit of a run on a deserted road. Get up to 40 MPH or so, then perform a hard stop, not enough to get the ABS going, but enough to put you up against the seatbelt. Repeat this 8-10 times without any soft braking in between. This will bed the pads in again and should stop this happening.
Oh, and make sure the calipers get disassembled, cleaned and reassembled with copperslip in the right places at each service and each time pads are replaced. Thems can get roight groimy, them brakes can.
