Drifting to the left?LHD on RHD roads?

I've noticed a slight drift to the left when I'm driving....I cannot remember noticeing such thing when I last drove in LHD countries which was a while ago. When driving in the UK I need to keep the wheel a bit to the right in order to go straight.
Now, because all roads are a bit inclined to the outer side(to assist the water getting out?) is there such thing as LHD cars are set up to suit LHD roads and vice versa...therefore a LHD car on RHD road and the opposite would create slight drift to the outer side of the road or I need to get my alignment done?
