Ciars, I really don't want to say for sure, mostly because yours is a 147. I know it'll be similar to 156, but I don't know for sure.
One guy who used to run his 156 with 18" Sienas had 215/35-18 and it cleared the fenders well. Then he thought the tires were too thin and the wheels would be easily damaged, so he switched to 225/40-18. Then came all the trouble of having to roll the fenders for clearance.
Let's say that if I were you, I'd go for 215/35-18 if the road conditions allow.
Don't forget to post some pictures of your 147 with the new wheels later!
