I had a bit of trouble with this, I had a couple of spare clips that were still on the new pipes I got (new to me!) and went round everywhere looking for a tool and nobody really had a clue! A guy in my local Alfa garage had a set but couldn't tell me what they were called, asked in Halfords - no idea, a couple of indipendent motoring shops - no idea. I then tried Eurocarparts - they said yes but then didn't have any stock anywhere as they'd been on sale
In the end I did an internet search for Clik-r or was it Clic-r plyers, can't remember but it should be written on the clips if you clean one. Anyway, there are lots of places to get them including Halfords, they are just called something different they are by Lazer or Draper which ever range of tools Halfords stock and I think they were hose clip plyers!
Worth while as most clips under the bonnet are this type and the tool lets you take them off one way then turn the tool around to re-instal the clips.....no need to buy new ones!
See how you get on.
