Gt 1.9JTD - how to change rear coil springs?
Parking in the car park today, I noticed the clearance between the tyre and the wheel arch on the driver's side rear wheel is smaller than on the opposite side. I guess the coil spring needs replacing.
My eLearn CD tells me to access the top of the rear coil spring, I need to go into the boot of the car where there should be a pre-cut flap in the boot carpet that reveals the top mounting point. For the life of me, I can't find it! Am I being dumb and can anyone describe to me where the access point is in the GT boot? Any tips on how to change the rear springs too?
