Thats quite a high mileage so check that the cam belt has been changed, if unsure get it done asap as it could be a ticking bomb.
Check the oil every week as they do use oil but the upside of this is the way they rev so well.
Squeeking going over bumps is the upper wishbone, knocking could be lower wishbone, anti-roll bar or hopefully just drop links (easy to change). If its still on standard suspension youll probably have some of these symptoms.
Oh and grease your bonnet catch as these are known to seize with catastrophic consequences.
Look after an alfa and it looks after you, neglect things and you get bitten. ie these are not your average car and will need parts replacing from time to time.
The TS eats omega 2.5 v6's alive - my mate had to buy an audi a8 v8 out of embarrassment after he helped me pick up mine.
