No surprises there
Passenger side window not closing properly.
You're not on your own there, loads of owners complaining of this, if the reset doesn't work then a new switch/node is needed
Worn top front wishbones.
Rear hatch rattle.
Not suffered this myself but can imagine it driving me to distraction too.
Climate control doing what it wants.
Heh, that's a feature, not a fault. I know one shouldn't do this but on a frosty winter morning I'm guilty of running the car up to temp on the drive while I have a hot cup of brown in the house, despite turning off the auto and setting it to blow on the windscreen I come out to find it's decided to blow anywhere but
on the windscreen.
Poor fuel economy (diesel).
What were you getting and what were you expecting?
Stiff clutch pedal.
Oh yes. There's an opinion in here that it can be improved by dribbling some sort of lubricant down the shaft on top of the gearbox. Battery and tray needs to come out to do it, haven't bothered as mine's in for a new clutch on Monday as it's slipping.
Did I mention......? Although mine is owing to the remap, was your s ever remapped?
And the usual electrical faults, impossible to change side light bulb, headlights not working, battery quick release terminal coming loose etc.
Fiddly but not impossible by any means, headlights, dunno about that one. Loose battery teminal, frustrating if it left you stranded on the side of the road but hardly major.
So it has gone but I have to say it looked well as I drove off and left it for some other mug to buy it!
They do look good don't they, I prepared to put up with the idosyncrasies as there's nothing else on the road (that I can afford) that I'd want to own. If an Alfa says one thing about its owner, it's shows some thought went into it.
Good luck with your new appliance.
