I'd agree. I bought them as my Tarrox Sport Japans and DS2500's were dead and I couldn't afford to replace them like for like at that time. They were metal on metal, and better at stopping the car in that condition that the eBay ones were when hot.

Don't get me wrong, 3 months or so later, they are still on the car, but as I'm only using it for short trips of 4 miles to work and back, they are fine. I wouldn't trust them to stop me adequately from anything above A road speeds though.
