Hi all, I have a problem with my 2001 SW selespeed, a few months ago i had to have a replacement accumilator fitted to my car, all was well at first (although the downchange from 3rd to 2nd was a little clunky) but today all gear changes are now awfull! the car judders when changing down and makes a graunching noise, the clutch seems to come in and out with a thud! The gearchange is worse when the car is cold and starting off from cold the car seems to lurch and the change from 1st to 2nd take a long time it seems to take 2 attempts to get into 2nd gear.
I have checked the clutch rod length with alfadiag and it reads 28.48mm which i think is just about spot on, there are no fault codes showing and everything else seem to check out ok,the selespeed fluid is at the correct level and the pump pressure is reading 47 bar (is that a bit low?) I have tried a recalibration but it has'nt made any difference.
The car had a new gearbox and clutch fitted less than 10,000miles ago.
Any help would be much appreciated,
