What Grease to use on my new Steering Rack

I have just changed the track rods on my 156, and cleaned away a lot of the dirty grease on the rack bearings. What grease should i use:
I have Copper Grease, and a some Ambersil Silicon Grease. Will one of these be ok, or do i need a particular grease?

Never use copper grease on things that move as the tiny bits of copper are slightly abrasive and will (eventually) wear away the joint. Copper grease should be used as an anti seize grease ie use it on fastenings etc that you want to be able to get undone in the future.

I don't know what grease you should be using in your case as I'm not really sure what the rack bearings are! I would have thought a lithium grease would be a safe bet though.
