Not sure whether this will help you BUT I did a very similar function this weekend with my GT V6. However, the difference for me is that I executed the alignment THREE times and it progressively improved each time! I.e. I got less "FAILED" errors each time, with ultimately getting "SUCCESS" right at the end across the board, with FiatECUScan saying that [something like] "The car is properly aligned, no need to perform PROXI alignment". Therefore, whilst not very scientific, I'd suggest you execute the alignment a few times to see whether things improve!!
Does that help?
The thing that you also experienced, which I did too, was the request for EOL Programming. I'm really tempted to find out whether anyone thinks/knows whether this means that the car would benefit from specific programming from an Alfa Dealership to deal with these related notices. Whilst not a recall, would they improve the workings of the car if they dealt with these 'errors'? Anyone?
