You can get a spare from another key but you can't buy them as a separate part from Alfa.
Personally I don't think they are a good design, they often fall out and are not what I would like holding my £300 key to my keyring. If you do have one then I recommend that you super-glue it firmly in place (try not to get glue on the battery cover though).
A more secure but less attractive option is to either thread a tie-wrap or shoelace through the gap and use that as an attacher, or even better drill a small hole crossways through the end of the key and fit a proper keyring. Of you drill the hole a few mm from the end and the edges, just above as if you were drilling through the slot the key loop used to be in then you will not hit any internal parts.
