Are you talking about the one on the 'roof' of the passenger footwell?

Get in there with a torch and you'll see there is a brass bracket towards the drivers side. The insulation is meant to fit into the gap it provides. I dislodged mine when faffing with stereo bits and it took me ages to figure that out.
