Help Speedo change (156 1.8 TS)

I am bringing my left-hand drive 156 1.8 TS (registered in 2003) back to the UK, need to install a speedo with MPH (or MPH+KPH). I find it pretty difficult even to use a tin opener, any advice/simple instructions to change the speedo for someone with 2 left hands??

Very easy job. 1 screw to remove the black trim, then the speedo is held in with 3 screws IIRC.

Undo them and pull the speedo out. Unplug the wires behind it, and fit the new one!
