I know its been a while, but just to help others with a similar problem, here is what I found out!
I lived with the problem, as it sort of didn´t get worse! I bought a new car, as the old 1999 AlfaMale rusted (underside only) away for me!
The new 156 Selespeed 2000´, blew its engine after me thrashing it for 10000 km, at 260000km, I think because of low oil, before I bought it (very cheap)
So I took the engine (130000 km) and transmission (305000 km) from the old AlfaHan, and wanted to use the engine in the new car, but keep the transmission (260000 km) in the new one!
The new car had a similar problem as in this thread, though not as bad!
The problem turned out to be the same at both cars, the fingers of the clutch plate was worn to milimeter thin (worst at the old clutch), releasebearing, though worn, was okay! Also the tube on which, the releasebearing sits, was filled with dust and old grease!
Does anyone have comments on the greasething, as I think it should be cleaned, but not greased???
Solution, new complete clutch kit!!
I hope someone outthere can use this information
