Reviving an old thread but I seem to have a similar problem.
Central locking was working fine, then one night I disconnected the battery and next morning I put it back on and the key fob didn't work at all - neither boot opened nor central locking worked.
I came back to the car after a few hours and it magically kind of fixed it self - boot started opening and central locking was UNlocking.
The issue was that when I tried to lock the doors, it locked and immediately unlocked, as if one of the doors was not closed.
Then I disconnected the battery again. Next time I connected it, key fob was not working again. This time I got in and started the car, shut it off after a few seconds and key fob was working (atleast opening the boot).
Central locking issue remains - when I press the LOCK button, the indicators lights flash as if there is a door open, I hear the relay clicking but the locking mechanism makes no sound at all.
When I press the UNLOCK button, the indicator lights flash, relay does not click, mechanism does not work.
So before I take off the trim and start looking for something... is there any other way I can make the central locking normal again?
