Boxing Next project (oh god! lol) Rear passenger wheel/caliper sticking?

Sooo... with my new found mechanical skills (and sprained wrist Crank Sensor!), I've now got the bug for the next bit of work that needs doing!

Normal driving feels fine, but think there's an issue with the passenger side rear wheel, seems to stick now and again (ie if you jacked it up and tried to turn manually would be very stiff) which is probably resulting in creating some heavy drag/extra wear on the brake pad/disc (sometimes I can hear a scuffing sound from that side, I'm guessing this is also caused by the constant change in mild/freezing temperatures we're getting at the moment and possibly sticky brake/pad/caliper that side?)

Is this going to be caused by a stuck thingymajigwotsit in the caliper not releasing properly - or something entirely different?

Advice please
