156 Sport button
I'm still new to the fellowship here so bear with me.
I've spent my cash on a very shiny, best example I can find of a facelift TS sportwagon. ANd unfortunately after coming from a Fiat Coupé turbo, I'm finding it dog slow, so looking to drisp it up a bit.
When originally looking for an alfa, I took a GT test drive, and the sales shark from the concessionaire was telling me that the "sport button" invoked a faster throttle response from the pedal, no extra power, just sharper response. WIth that in mind, and the fact that its been possible to retrofit stuff like "cruise" just from the redundant connectors in the loom, I was wondering if anyone had simply wired into the sport switch? And if so, where is it. . . I didn't notice any spares under the gear trim area.?
Being that it all seems to be drive-by-wire, I'm guessing that this is possible. . . .
If I can't crisp it up, I gues I may look at trading it in again some time soon. . . :-( seems a shame though, pretty car, handles well, just geting an aching right foot. . .
