It may be that all you need is to do now after topping up with selespeed oil is a calibration! Its a two minute job and ensures the gearbox knows the correct postions for each of the gears. Don't think Snap On diagnostics will do this properly though if at all..you need FiatECUscan or AlfaDiag to do that.
Also I wouldn't rely on the clutch rod position reading that Snap On gives it is only accurate to nearest whole no. in mm i.e. 27, 28, 29 mm etc. Using FiatECUscan or Alfadiag will give you a reading such as 28.056mm.
I know this because my mechanic uses a top of the range diagnostics system from Snap On and he was keen to try it out on my Selespeed as it is supposed to support selespeed and he hadn't a chance to try it out before. We found that all it was really useful for was reading codes off the ECU as there was very little in the way of Actuators/routines that could be executed. He was quite surprised my humble laptop with KKL cable and FiatECUscan was much, much more useful, especially after what his system cost him.
