Fusebox cover in 156

So how are you chaps holding yours on? Screws? Super glue? The bloody thing is driving me mad. Last year I packed the prongs with insulating tape and then pushed them back into place and that held it. This year, that seem to work for about 15 minutes...

Re: Fusebox cover in 156

Mine is now screwed in place, courtesy of a freebie job by my friendly local dealer (in Newport, South Wales). Prior to that, it spent 2 years falling open at inopportune moments. Takes a little longer to open that prior to the screw, but how often do you need to access the fuses anyway?

Re: Fusebox cover in 156

I used the later type (post 2002 black with screw fixing) fusebox cover, split the lid from the recess from mine and the replacement and hot knifed the thing together.
I didn`t know that Alfa now do a modified part
