Automatic gearboxes have oil coolers because the torque converter can get the oil very hot (at which point it stops working and the car will loose drive).
The Selespeed is a manual gearbox and does not have that issue.
The gearoil in the Selespeed is completely separate from the Selespeed fluid in the actuator circuit, so cooling the gearoil will have no effect on the Selespeed actuator (apart from making it work harder because the gearoil is too cold!)
