Leaking headlight washer pipes

For some time I have put up with a leak from somewhere in windscreen washer system in my GT, meaning that a tank of fluid lasts only a day or two. The leak appears at the front of the car and so must be coming from the headlight washers, which I believe can be a common problem.

In order to get to the washers and pipe, I know that the bumper has to come off. Before tackling this, I am wondering if anyone knows of another way to seal off the pipe to the headlight washers as a temporary (until summer!) fix. For example it would be ideal if I could seal/crimp the pipe from somewhere accessible in the engine bay, without having to remove the bumper. I have had a cursory look, but wasnt sure where to start.

Any idea if this is possible, or if I have to man up and get the torx screw drivers out.

You dont need to remove the bumper for this there is a Y piece under the off side wing and if you disconect it you can put an m8 bolt in it to seal the pipe
