Powerflex the anti-roll bar to body bushes, make sure the bar itself is in good condition, and then you'll never need to do it again. Replace lower arms with genuine or Delphi. Replace upper arms with genuine only. Replace anti-roll bar links. As for springs, Eibach Pro are fantastic for road use, never harsh and lower the car subtly. Shocks - this is the big dilemma. Either go all out and get Koni FSD, or if you are on a budget, Bilstein B4 are about £200 cheaper for a set and are very good for the money.
At the back end of the car, you shouldn't need much more than new pin bushes for the hubs and the rear-most radius arms. The front radius arms and the trailing arms don't really seem to wear out. New shocks & springs as well, same as the fronts.
Then get a good 4 wheel alignment by someone that knows what they're doing and knows how to set up a 156.
