As Iain said - but also check the wiring to the relay mounting blocks...it is quite common for the wires to corrode and appear to be intact, without actually passing any power......And don't be fooled by the marking on top of the relay cover - the relays underneath are not necessarily in the position that is marked.....
Meantime - don't waste your or your battery's energy trying to start it - if the code light is on, it will not start, no matter how much you churn it over....
