Dashboard Styling...

I've got the carbon style set up on my 156 dashboard (and very nice it is to ), but i would like to chrome up the Rev & speedo dials and the two front air blowers which i have seen on a few of the members cars pics. Found a dash board kit from carpartsdirect at 95 Anyone got any DIY/Cheaper suggestions?

Re: Dashboard Styling...

Not since Kit-Kat did away with that nice soft, thin foil

Rather than chrome, wouldn't a satin finish aluminium or titanium look better against the black and carbon? Could be achieved with some careful masking and an appropriate can of spraypaint. After removing the parts in question from the car, obviously

Now that's got me thinking......

Re: Dashboard Styling...

arparts sell an interior upgrade kit which consists of;

2 x silver rimmed main diak surrounds
4 x chrome surround air vents
4 x chrome surround door handles

all genuine AR parts for around 200 euro, cant remember exactly. I bought all these parts individually from arparts and due to the demand he put together an entire package. Goes along way in brightening up the interior and adding more detail to the all grey pre facelift interior.....
