05 147 jtdm powersteering misbehaving HELP

2005 147 jtdm

funny clunk yesterday when driving out of a parking space.

Now the powersteering fails to function at tickover but it improves proportional to the revs.

2700rpm brings it back to "normal"

tried bleeding it lock to lock, tried topping up the fluid.

no luck.

help anyone??

Faulty power steering pump? My money is either on that or on a slack alternator belt, which also drives the said pump. Is the battery light on?

Help alfa mito engine failures

my mito is not yet one year old and its been in the shop no less than four times,
ive had the RAC out eight times to reset it it throws out unidentified random codes and then it go`s through a little ritual of telling me that everything has failed ,

the engine go`s into limp mode and everything fails , the dealership cant get to the bottom of it at all its in the shop just now as it failed again yesterday , on the motorway at 70 mph the engine just shut down , i limped onto the hard shoulder just in time . scary stuff , last month it had its throttle body replaced and i was told that should solve the problem ,, it didn`t has any one else experienced these problems .
