Clicking sound when turning / part identification

I booked the car in with my local specialist in order to have "clicking" noise checked - I noticed it after switching to winter tires. It's only audible at low speeds and now it only happens when turning - a bit earlier it was clicking all the time.
The guy advised me the following part needs to be replaced - p/n 60670085 - and that it can wait until the spring.
He also suggested p/n 71722524 as a possible replacement for a lower price, but I couldn't locate it anywhere.

This linki (FIAT ePER) says it's the steering rack, if I'm not mistaken, right? Is it a usual fault on 2.4 20v?

60670085 was replaced by 60695636 in 2004 and is a new steering rack.

71722524 was replaced by 71785386 in 2004 and that is a recon steering rack.
