I'll walk you through as I chnged mine recently.
1 Undo 5 torque bolts that hold the engine undertray to the bumper. (leave the back ones on the gearbox cover and subframe)
2 Undo the 4 + drive screws which hold the 2 grill bits on (either side of the main grill when the bonnet is up.
3 Undo + drive screw on each side of the bumper which is at the top of the bumper where it joins the wheel arch.
4 Pull inner arch liner down at bit so you can get behind the bumper.
5 Undo the 2 torque bolts which attach the top of the bumer to the wing
6 Undo the 2 torque bolts that were hidden by the grill pieces you removed in 2
7 Pull bumper off.
8 Intercooler is on the right hand side of the car as you look at it from the front (passenger side)
9 Undo the 3 10mm nuts that hold the plastic air ram onto the cooler.
10 Undo the jubilee clips on either end of the cooler
11 I think there are 2 more nuts/bots holding the cooler to the support frame.
12 reverse and refit
13 Have a cup of tea!
